Jamie is a counselling psychologist with a wide range of experience having worked in private psychiatric hospitals, prisons, court, GP practices, NHS hospitals, charitable organisations and in telehealth online counselling in the UK, Australia and USA.

Jamie specialises in supporting people who struggle with anxiety, panic disorder and those struggling with life transitions.

Additionally, her extensive experience has allowed her to support many people with their mental and emotional health difficulties, including addictions, depression, stress, personality disorder, substance misuse, chronic health conditions, interpersonal difficulties and emotional regulation.

Jamie has worked with children and young people (CAMHs), conducted group therapy and psychoeducation workshops and seminars. She has been trained and specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialetical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

She uses her skills in an integrative manner tailored to each individual client, creating a safe therapeutic space for the client to explore their inner conflicts and struggles. She believes in joining the client on their journey to utilise their strengths and to develop tools to support the areas they are struggling in.
